Return Policy

All returns are subject to our Returns Policy.  Please be aware that Event Tickets and Entries are non-refundable and non-returnable, so please take care when ordering.  For all class fees and memberships processed through the myAAA system, please see the AAAsports Membership Policy.



We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you are not completely satisfied please email to let us know within 14 days of receipt of goods.  After 14 days, all products will be deemed as delivered and accepted and so we will be unable to exchange or refund them.


Items must be returned to us in an 'as new' condition and in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.  Please include details of your original order and the reason for return.  All items must be returned to AAAsports Sunderland, Shakespeare Street, Sunderland, SR5 2JF.


Refunds will be issued within 5 working days from being received.  We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post, and so we recommend using a return delivery method which insures and tracks your parcel.  Please note, you will be responsible for the postage and packaging costs of returning the unsuitable items to us, and your original postage and packaging cost is non-refundable.


For all Overseas Customers, please email before placing orders or returning any item.  All Overseas returns must clearly state 'British Returned Goods' - any import duties charged will be your responsibility.


Christmas Period

AAAsports is closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays.  Any orders placed during December as a Christmas present will have until 14th January to return these to us in 'as new' condition and in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.
