How do I receive my items?

We offer the choice of either free collection from AAAsports Sunderland or delivery to your home address.

 

Collection

All items can be collected 2 working days after ordering from our main office at AAAsports Sunderland, Shakespeare Street, Sunderland, SR5 2JF.  Valid ID and email receipts must be provided to collect any items.  Collection is available between 4pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays - to collect outside of these times please email shop@AAAsports.co.uk.

 

Delivery

Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.95 per transaction which covers all postage and packaging.  Items are sent out using Royal Mail and usually arrive within 3-5 days of ordering.  We deliver to all postal areas in the UK - if you would like to place an order from outside the UK, please email shop@AAAsports.co.uk before placing an order.

 

Unable To Deliver

All items sent by Royal Mail will require signing upon collection.  If it is not possible to make the delivery, a card will be left by Royal Mail and items will be held at a local Post Office for collection.
